Meet KylaKyla Bouvier is the founder of Back2Nature Wellness & Adventures, an experienced outdoor guide, former biologist, and passionate advocate for reconnecting people with themselves through the healing power of nature, movement, and awareness.
With 16 years of experience as a biologist and a background in outdoor leadership and holistic wellness, Kyla brings together the wisdom of the natural world with mind-body practices such as Qigong, meditation, breathwork, and energy-based healing.
Her approach goes beyond simply spending time outdoors or moving the body. She invites participants on an inner journey, creating space to slow down, quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system, and become more aware of the relationship between their thoughts, emotions, physical well-being, and surrounding environment.
Through her Qigong Hiking Series, Kyla weaves mindful movement, nature immersion, and reflective teachings together, exploring themes such as the five spirits, anxiety, overthinking, emotional balance, self-awareness, and personal growth. Each experience offers an opportunity to reconnect with the body, cultivate inner stillness, and carry a greater sense of balance into everyday life.
Recognizing the growing need for wellness support in professional environments, Kyla also brings Qigong into workplaces, schools, and organizations, offering accessible sessions designed to help employees pause, release tension, improve focus, and reconnect with themselves throughout the workday. Sessions can be offered indoors or outdoors and tailored to the unique needs of each group.
Kyla believes that when we create space to slow down and listen to ourselves, we begin to shift from simply moving through life to experiencing it with greater presence, intention, and awareness.
“When we quiet the mind, awaken the body, and reconnect with nature, we create space to hear the wisdom that has always lived within us.”
