A Five-Week Journey Through Movement, Fire and your Inner Landscape
What to Expect
Stoke Your Soul Qigong Fire Series
Five Weeks of Movement, Mindfulness & Inner Transformation
Just as a fire needs tending to keep its flame alive, so do our minds, bodies, and spirits.
Join Back2Nature Wellness & Adventures for a five-week journey of self-discovery, gathering around the warmth of the fire to explore life's everyday challenges through the ancient wisdom of Qigong.
From overthinking and anxiety to stress, grief, and navigating change, each week invites you to explore a different aspect of your inner landscape through gentle qigong movements, mindful breathing, meditation, and self-reflection.
Rooted in the Five Elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, this series offers an opportunity to deepen your self-awareness, cultivate emotional balance, support nervous system regulation, and reconnect with the wisdom within.
As we move with the elements and gather around the fire, we'll explore what it means to release what no longer serves us, nurture our inner resilience, and create space for greater clarity, presence, and possibility.
No previous qigong experience is necessary. Simply come as you are, dress warmly, and bring a willingness to slow down, move mindfully, and reconnect with yourself.
The Five Week Journey❋ Week One: Overthinking
Yi | Earth Element
Quiet the mental chatter and move from overthinking into embodied awareness. Through grounding qigong, mindful breathing, and connection with nature, discover how to cultivate clarity, presence, and inner calm.
❋ Week Two: Anxiety & Fear
Zhi | Water Element
Explore your relationship with fear and uncertainty through gentle qigong, breathwork, and stillness. Learn to cultivate inner resilience, trust, and a greater sense of calm when life feels overwhelming.
❋ Week Three: Stress & Emotional Balance
Shen | Fire Element
Tend to your inner flame through heart-centred qigong, mindful breathing, and meditation. Explore ways to soften stress, nurture self-compassion, and reconnect with joy, presence, and emotional balance.
❋ Week Four: Grief & Letting Go
Po | Metal Element
Just as nature releases what is no longer needed, we too can learn the art of letting go. Through qigong, breathwork, and reflection, create space to honour emotions, release tension, and welcome renewal.
❋ Week Five: Change & Finding Direction
Hun | Wood Element
Like a tree bending with the wind, discover how to navigate change with flexibility and trust. Through flowing qigong and mindful reflection, reconnect with your inner vision, embrace new possibilities, and move forward with intention.
Who is this for?The Stoke Your Soul Qigong Fire Series is for anyone feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, caught in cycles of overthinking, navigating anxiety or uncertainty, processing grief, or moving through a season of change.
Whether you're seeking greater emotional balance, mental clarity, nervous system support, or simply a moment to slow down and reconnect with yourself, this series offers a welcoming space to explore your inner landscape through gentle movement, mindfulness, and the wisdom of the Five Spirits.
No previous qigong experience is necessary. Just an open mind, a curious heart, and a willingness to explore.
Why Does it Matter? In a world that constantly asks us to do more, think faster, and keep moving, we often lose connection with the wisdom of our bodies and the natural rhythms of life.
Stress, fear, grief, and uncertainty are all part of being human, but how we respond to these experiences can shape our wellbeing.
Rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong invites us to explore the relationship between our thoughts, emotions, and physical awareness. Through mindful movement, breathwork, and moments of stillness, we can cultivate greater self-awareness, support relaxation, and develop practical tools for navigating everyday challenges.
Just as we tend a fire to keep it burning, we must also tend to our inner world.

With a background in biology and extensive experience guiding outdoor wellness experiences, Kyla creates supportive spaces where participants can slow down, reconnect with their bodies, and explore their inner landscape through the wisdom of nature.
Her approach is gentle, grounded, and experiential. Rather than telling participants what they should feel or discover, she offers practices that help each person listen more deeply to their own experience.
