The Art of Letting Go

A girlfriend and I spent the evening talking about our blocks and fears in many areas of our life.

When we surface blocks and fears, we are able to address them consciously and choose to move past them.

Have you noticed the chatter in your mind? Have you taken a moment to really witness what it’s saying? These can be our blocks and fears that could be holding us back.

I encourage you to become aware of the chatter in your mind and whether it’s serving you or holding you back.

A great way to surface fears and blocks is to write them out. This is what we did last night. We wrote them on dissolvable paper and released them with intention.
