Soul Sister Sauna is a heart-led, two-hour experience designed for women who crave connection, to themselves, to each other, and to something deeper. This gathering blends meditation, intuitive guidance through oracle cards, and the healing warmth of a wood-fired sauna to create a nurturing, supportive space where you can soften, share, and reconnect with your inner wisdom.

We begin with a grounding meditation to help you settle into your body and release the weight of the outside world.

Oracle Cards

You’ll be guided through an oracle card ritual, an opportunity to receive messages, insights, and gentle direction for the season you’re in. Whether you come with a question, an intention, or simple curiosity, the cards offer symbolism and clarity that speak directly to the soul.

Sauna

From there, step into the warmth of the sauna, where heat and quiet conversation create the perfect environment for restoration. This is a space for sisterhood, where women gather without pressure, without roles, and without the need to perform. Just presence, honesty, and the simple magic of being held by warmth and community.

You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more deeply connected—to yourself and to the women beside you.

Enjoy a nurturing Soul Sister Sauna experience created for women. Come with a close friend, a circle of sisters, family, co-workers, or attend solo to connect more deeply with yourself. Step into your own peaceful sanctuary where the wood-fired warmth wraps around you like a soft embrace. Let your muscles unwind, your breath slow, and your mind settle into stillness as you sink into the gentle heat. This is your space to reconnect with your inner wisdom and to be held, supported, and fully present.
Between rounds in the sauna, step outside to cool your body and awaken your senses, breathe in the crisp air, roll playfully in the snow, or simply stand beneath the sky as the cold brings you back into your body. Then return to the cozy relaxation area, where you can linger in luxury robes or blankets, sip lemon water, and take time to journal, share, reflect, or simply rest in the quiet companionship of the moment.
All equipment and supplies are provided, allowing you to arrive as you are and immerse yourself fully in this soulful, feminine ritual of warmth, clarity, and connection.

We provide you with items that allow you to feel comfortable and nurtured by us, here is what is provided:

- Sauna host to welcome you and provide you with an overview of your session
- Lemon Water
- Chairs for relaxing
- Rental of Luxury Outdoor Robe and blankets to keep you warm
- Rental of Sauna Hats
Participants will provide:
- Bathing suit or light clothing to wear in the sauna
- Slippers or sandals for walking to the sauna
- Water bottle
- Towels (2)
- Transportation to location
You have the option of purchasing a Grazing Box by The Prairie Grazer and Kombucha by Parkerview Brews for an additional cost.
What should I wear?
Before arriving to your outdoor guided sauna experience, we recommend that you shower first.
We recommend that you wear light breathable clothing or a bathing suit in the sauna.
Light breathable clothing will prevent you from overheating in the sauna. Be sure that the clothing is breathable and won’t stick to your skin and cause irritation if you begin to sweat.
Swimsuits are a great option if you plan on going swimming or taking a shower after your sauna session.
Will there be a washroom on site?
Yes! There is a washroom available on site.
Will there be a change room to use?
Yes! The sauna has a three foot change room so that you can change indoors prior to the sauna session or feel free to change in the washroom on site.
Will we have access to the bell tent on site?
Our bell tent is available to groups of 4 or more people to be able to relax and unwind in between sauna sessions! The bell tent is heated with a wood stove!
