Step into your own private sanctuary, where the soothing warmth of the sauna envelops you. Allow your muscles to relax, tensions to melt away, and your mind to find peace in the stillness. This is a space for you to reconnect with yourself, finding solace in the embrace of the sauna.

After each time in the hot room, linger in a cozy relaxation area. Replenish with lemon water, envelop yourself in our cozy luxury change robes or soft blankets, and take this moment to reflect, journal, or simply be present in the tranquil atmosphere.

• Guide to welcome you and provide you with an overview of your session before leaving you enjoy the remainder of your session

• Lemon water

• Chairs for relaxing

• Luxury outdoor robe and blankets to keep you warm

Participants will provide:

• Bathing suit or light clothing to wear in the sauna

• Slippers or sandals for walking to the sauna

• Water bottle

• Towels (2)

• Transportation to location

You have the option of purchasing a Grazing Box by The Prairie Grazer and Kombucha by Parkerview Brews for an additional cost.

What should I wear?

Before arriving to your outdoor guided sauna experience, we recommend that you shower first.

We recommend that you wear light breathable clothing or a bathing suit in the sauna.

Light breathable clothing will prevent you from overheating in the sauna. Be sure that the clothing is breathable and won’t stick to your skin and cause irritation if you begin to sweat.

Swimsuits are a great option if you plan on going swimming or taking a shower after your sauna session.

Will there be a washroom on site?

Yes! There is a washroom available on site.

Will there be a change room to use?

Yes! The sauna has a three foot change room so that you can change indoors prior to the sauna session or feel free to change in the washroom on site.
