What should I wear?
Before arriving to your outdoor guided sauna experience, we recommend that you shower first.
We recommend that you wear light breathable clothing or a bathing suit in the sauna.
Light breathable clothing will prevent you from overheating in the sauna. Be sure that the clothing is breathable and won’t stick to your skin and cause irritation if you begin to sweat.
Swimsuits are a great option if you plan on going swimming or taking a shower after your sauna session.
Will there be a washroom on site?
Yes! There will is a drop toilet on site.
Will there be a change room to use?
Yes! The sauna has a three-foot change room and the Lotus Belle Tent has a change room tent located inside.

Testimonial
“Back2Nature Wellness & Adventure is the ultimate self-care escape, offering immersive retreats that help you slow down and reconnect with both yourself and the outdoors. I recently joined their Nervous System Reset Retreat, and it was exactly what I didn’t know I needed. We began with a grounding meditation before heading into the sauna, complete with fun animal and nature-themed sauna caps (I proudly chose the seal). It was a cozy moment to connect, breathe, and unwind. Then came the cold plunge. We made our way to the lake, and yes, the water was very cold. But after a quick dip and a warm-up by the fire, I found myself easing into the rhythm: sauna, cold plunge, rest.
I arrived with a buzzing mind and a bit of nerves, but by the end of our third round, the sun was setting over Blackstrap Lake and everything felt calm and clear. On the drive home, my nervous system felt reset, and I truly felt ready for winter.”
