Sauna Therapy – Heat & Deep Relaxation
Step into the gentle warmth of a wood-fired sauna, where heat works on every level—soothing muscles, easing the mind, and helping the body release what it no longer needs. As your breath deepens and your body relaxes, the sauna becomes a sanctuary for restoration and renewal.
Cold/Snow Plunge – Resilience & Awakening
Embrace the invigorating embrace of cold water or snow immersion. Supported with breathwork and guidance, you’ll move through initial resistance and discover the clarity, resilience, and empowerment waiting on the other side. Bathing suit or light clothing to wear in the sauna

This experience is low impact and we encourage you to listen to your body.

What should I wear?
Before arriving to your outdoor guided sauna experience, we recommend that you shower first.
We recommend that you wear light breathable clothing or a bathing suit in the sauna.
Light breathable clothing will prevent you from overheating in the sauna. Be sure that the clothing is breathable and won’t stick to your skin and cause irritation if you begin to sweat.
Swimsuits are a great option if you plan on going swimming or taking a shower after your sauna session.
Will there be a washroom on site?
Yes! There will is a drop toilet on site.
Will there be a change room to use?
Yes! The sauna has a three-foot change room and the Lotus Belle Tent has a change room tent located inside.
