What to Expect

The Nervous System Reset Retreat is a three-hour guided experience designed to help you step away from constant stimulation and return to a steadier rhythm within yourself.

We begin by slowing down through guided meditation, breath awareness, and intention setting. From there, you will move between the warmth of a wood-fired sauna and the refreshing experience of a guided lake cold plunge.

Rather than forcing your body to relax, this retreat creates the supportive conditions for relaxation to unfold naturally. You will be encouraged to listen to your body, move at your own pace, and meet each experience with curiosity rather than pressure.

Whether you have been feeling mentally overloaded, physically depleted, emotionally full, or simply disconnected from yourself, this retreat offers space to breathe, soften, and reconnect with what feels steady beneath the noise.
