I Can See Clearly Now the Rain is Gone

The other day I booked my car in to replace the windshield. Also the next day I changed my phone screen protector so that I could see my phone more clearly. Then a week later my son wanted to switch up our sleeping arrangements in our campervan which led to me see our food and cutlery bins more clearly.

As we start to shift our internal beliefs, perspectives and judgements, our external environment shifts along with it. When we are in tune to these shifts, we start to notice the unconscious cues that follow, like my booking to have my windshield replaced so I can see more clearly and replacing my phone screen protector to see more clearly and moving the bins around in our campervan so that I can see in them more clearly!

Now, everything can also come in layers. Once we think we’ve shifted something it may come right back around and show up for us again. For example, after I replaced my windshield, my visor on my car broke and it won’t stay up. It’s now blocking my view as I’m driving!

So, I then ask myself, “where am I blocking my view?”, “where am I not seeing things clearly?”

We can change our external environmental all we want, but until you’ve done the internal self-reflection to investigate those subconscious beliefs they will keep showing up for us.

If you are needing any assistance or guidance with looking at external and internal patterns, I’ve recently launched a Soul Coaching program which investigates just that! You can learn more about it here:

Also, I’m always open for distance BodyTalk sessions which also assist with shifting these beliefs and judgements. You can learn more here:
