Having taken a stand-up paddleboard lesson previously is recommended if you’re feeling unsure. We offer lessons if you’re feeling like that may be beneficial prior to an experience with Back2Nature!

  • What should I wear?

You can wear a swim suit underneath a base layer (we recommend a merino wool short sleeved or long sleeved top). Then pack with you a fleece or wool sweater and a rain jacket. As for bottoms, we recommend wearing a quick dry material of shorts, capris or pants and bringing with you a pair of rain pants. As for your feet, we recommend submersible footwear that you can get wet. Please bring with you an extra change of clothes and footwear.

Can I join if I’ve never paddled before?

Absolutely! This workshop is geared towards beginners and experienced paddlers!
