Step into a transformative outdoor experience that invites you to connect deeply with nature, your body, and your inner wisdom. Saddle & Paddle combines the grounded presence of a 90-minute guided horseback ride with the fluid reflection of a 90-minute stand-up paddleboard journey—each element mirroring the path of intuitive trust.

We begin on land, where you’ll partner with a horse and be guided not just in movement, but in presence. These wise and sensitive animals offer subtle reflections of your inner state, opening space for insight, clarity, and connection.

Then, we shift to water. With paddle in hand, you’ll float into stillness and surrender, ending the journey with a water meditation designed to help you listen to your inner current and integrate what nature has revealed.

This is more than an adventure—it’s a call to slow down, trust the ride, and reconnect with the elemental wisdom within.

  • Saddle & Paddle

An Elemental Journey of Trust Through Earth and Water

There are moments in life when we are called to slow down, to listen not with our ears—but with our whole body. To soften the grip of needing to know what’s next and instead lean into a deeper, more ancient rhythm: the wisdom of nature, the whisper of intuition, the language of trust.

Saddle & Paddle is an immersive, soul-nourishing experience that blends the grounded power of a guided horseback ride with the calming flow of a stand-up paddleboard meditation. Over three hours, you’ll journey through two of nature’s most potent teachers—earth and water—as mirrors to your own inner landscape.

The Ride — Grounded in Earth

We begin on horseback, where the solid, steady heartbeat of the earth meets you through the intuitive presence of your horse. Horses are deeply sensitive beings, often attuned to what we’re holding—emotionally, energetically, even unconsciously. With the support of an experienced guide, you’ll ride not just across the land, but into deeper connection with yourself.

This part of the experience invites you to explore:

    • What am I holding in my body today?

    • Where do I grip the reins in life?

    • What does trust feel like in motion?

Whether you're new to riding or an experienced equestrian, this guided 90-minute journey is about more than technique—it's about surrendering to the moment and letting your horse become a mirror for your truth.

The Paddle — Flowing with Water

After grounding in the strength of the land, you’ll shift into the element of water, where fluidity, emotion, and deep inner reflection await.

On your stand-up paddleboard, you'll glide across waters, soaking in the sun, the sounds, and the spaciousness of open sky. As you paddle, you'll be guided into a rhythm that encourages presence and flow—culminating in a gentle, floating meditation designed to open the heart and integrate the insights from the ride.

    Water invites you to ask:

    • Where can I release control and simply float?

    • What wants to move through me now?

    • How can I trust the current of my life?

A Soulful Integration of Land, Body, and Breath

This experience is designed to move you from grounded movement to graceful surrender—to feel the support of the earth beneath you, then the gentle invitation of water to release, reflect, and realign.

    You’ll leave feeling:

    • Reconnected with your body’s wisdom

    • Grounded in your inner knowing

    • Energized by nature’s elements

    • Clearer, softer, more aligned

    This is for you if:

    • You’re craving time in nature that’s both adventurous and restorative

    • You want to deepen your connection with animals, your intuition, and your inner rhythm

    • You’re seeking a mindful, heart-centered outdoor experience that speaks to both the body and soul

    • You’re ready to trust the ride—on land, on water, and in life

Come with a curious heart. Leave with a deeper trust in yourself.
Let the horse teach you presence. Let the water teach you flow.
Let the land and sky reflect the beauty you’ve always carried.

Please bring with you an extra change of clothes and footwear.

    Sauna

Before arriving to your outdoor guided sauna experience, we recommend that you shower first.

We recommend that you wear light breathable clothing or a bathing suit in the sauna.
