  • The morning will begin at 9 am with meeting at our launch location and getting briefed on the safety and equipment while also meeting your fellow paddlers for the morning.

Then, you’ll venture on your board and paddle upstream through the City of Bridges. We will paddle for approximately 1 hour before we land on a local sandbar to get cozy and enjoy a meditation sound bath practice and your brunch box by The Prairie Grazer.

The Breathwork Meditation Sound Bath practice is the practice of sinking into the body and out of the mind. You’ll relax and be encouraged to release emotions, limiting beliefs and thought patterns. This is a great practice to sink deeper into the body to surrender, slow down, receive and embody the present moment throughout your day.

After you’ve relaxed and enjoyed some brunch and meditation, we will begin paddling downstream again to our launch location to end the morning.

    Total duration - 4 hours

  • Level 1: This experience is open to beginner paddlers. You are welcome to sit for the entire duration of the experience. You must be comfortable paddling in a straight line, turning and stopping. Having taken a stand-up paddleboard lesson previously is recommended if you’re feeling unsure. We offer lessons if you’re feeling like that may be beneficial prior to an experience with Back2Nature!

The paddle will be a leisure paddle, depending on the wind. You will have the option of standing or sitting for the duration of the paddle.

Previous paddling experience is recommended, however, not required.

Your guide is a Paddle Canada Instructor and will brief you on paddling techniques and safety information.

  • Our team at Back2Nature will be in touch with you via text message if the weather conditions (i.e. wind) are unsafe to paddle and we will arrange to reschedule the paddle or provide you with a refund.
