Cosmic Glow Stand-up Paddleboarding

A unique and magical stand-up paddleboard experience at night!

Looking for a truly unique and magical way to experience nature?

This nighttime paddleboarding adventure invites you to experience the magic of water and sky like never before. As your illuminated paddleboard glides across the surface, the glow from beneath reveals the hidden beauty of the underwater world — creating a serene, almost otherworldly atmosphere.

Perfect for those seeking a wellness escape or a one-of-a-kind nature experience, this journey blends adventure with relaxation. After a peaceful paddle, you’ll be guided through a cosmic stargazing session where visible constellations and planets are identified, along with their astrological meanings and current cosmic significance.

You’ll also be invited to lay back on your board for a guided meditation, allowing you to fully connect with the elements and the energy of the night sky.

Whether you’re new to paddleboarding or a seasoned pro, this soulful, glowing journey will leave you feeling aligned, inspired, and immersed in the wonders of the universe.

Note: If skies are cloudy, we’ll still connect with the celestial energies through storytelling, astrology insights, and meditation inspired by the night’s planetary alignments.

  • Join your Certified Paddle Canada guide for a magical nighttime paddleboard adventure that blends movement, mindfulness, and the mystery of the cosmos.

This experience features specially outfitted stand-up paddleboards with submersible lights that illuminate the water beneath you — creating an unforgettable glow as you paddle under the night sky. After a peaceful paddle, you'll be guided through a relaxing meditation right on your board, followed by time to stargaze and explore the constellations and visible planets above. Your guide will share astrological insights connected to the celestial bodies of the evening.

We will begin paddling at sunset and enjoy a leisurely paddle while the sun is setting and watching as our boards begin to illuminate as it gets darker.

This experience is 2 hours in length.

  • Level 1: This experience is open to beginner paddlers. You are welcome to sit for the entire duration of the experience. You must be comfortable paddling in a straight line, turning and stopping. Having taken a stand-up paddleboard lesson previously is recommended if you’re feeling unsure. We offer lessons if you’re feeling like that may be beneficial prior to an experience with Back2Nature!

This is a leisure paddle, however, on some occasions the wind may pick-up in the evenings. Your guide is a stand-up paddleboard instructor and will provide you with tips and tools to assist you with paddling confidently and efficiently.

Previous stand-up paddleboarding experience is recommended but not required.

  • Our team at Back2Nature will be in touch with you via text message if the weather conditions (i.e. wind) are unsafe to paddle and we will arrange to reschedule the paddle or provide you with a refund.
