This 3-hour experience combines intentional breathwork led by Mike Schurko, with the purifying heat of the sauna to assist you with releasing, recharging and realigning.
Guided Breathwork Session
You’ll be guided through powerful breathing techniques designed to oxygenate the body, calm the nervous system, and move stuck emotional energy.
Each inhale calls in the good — clarity, calm, confidence.
Each exhale releases the rest, stress, tension, and all the sh*t you’ve been holding onto.
Wood-Fired Sauna Ritual
Step into the warmth of the embrace of the sauna.
The heat supports the letting go process, flushing out toxins, increasing circulation, and melting away muscular and mental tension.
As the body releases through sweat, the mind finds stillness.
Integration + Reflection
Cool down, hydrate, and rest. This is where your insights land, your body resets, and your energy feels brand new.
Breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, lowering cortisol and guiding the body into deep relaxation. It increases oxygen flow, alkalizes the body, and helps release trapped emotions stored in fascia and muscle tissue.

Breathwork is a guided practice that uses the power of your breath to clear the mind, release stored emotions, and reconnect you to your body’s wisdom. By consciously changing the rhythm of your breath, you can shift from tension and overwhelm into deep relaxation and presence.
Breathwork involves deliberate breathing techniques that regulate the autonomic nervous system. Slow, deep, rhythmic breathing or fast-paced breathing reduces cortisol, increases oxygen flow, balances the pH of the blood, and helps move the body out of stress and into repair mode.

Find your way back to balance through the power of breath and the element of fire. This guided Breathwork & Sauna Experience is a 3-hour journey designed to help you release tension, restore calm, and reconnect to the wisdom of your body.
We’ll begin with guided breathwork, using intentional breathing patterns to move stagnant energy, quiet the mind, and open space within the body. Each inhale invites in clarity, calm, and renewal. Each exhale lets go of stress, resistance, and all that no longer serves you. Breathwork activates your body’s natural healing response, slowing the nervous system, lowering stress hormones, and creating an inner state of deep peace.
From there, you’ll step into the warmth of the wood-fired sauna, where the body continues to release through heat and sweat. The fire element supports purification, melting away muscular tension and emotional weight, while stimulating circulation and detoxification. As the body softens, the mind settles, and you return to your natural rhythm.
Between sauna sessions, you’ll rest, hydrate, and reflect, allowing your breath and body to integrate the experience. You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and reconnected to yourself, energized yet at ease.
This is more than a wellness session; it’s a ritual of renewal.

Specific location will be emailed upon signing up.

Limited to 8 participants

You will meet your guide at the emailed location and check-in and get comfortable before the experience begins.
You will be guided through a group Breathwork Session to begin the experience that will last approximately 35-45 minutes. Following the session you will have the opportunity to release even further in the sauna.
Overall, the experience will be 3 hours in length.

This experience is low impact and we encourage you to listen to your body.

We provide you with equipment that allows you to feel comfortable with us, here is what is provided:

Use of luxury outdoor robe and blankets to keep you warm

Participants must provide:
Bathing suit or light clothing to wear in the sauna
Sandals or slippers to wear to the sauna/water
Blanket and pillow for the Breathwork Practice (we will have extras)

What should I wear?
Before arriving to your outdoor guided sauna experience, we recommend that you shower first.
We recommend that you wear light breathable clothing or a bathing suit in the sauna.
Light breathable clothing will prevent you from overheating in the sauna. Be sure that the clothing is breathable and won’t stick to your skin and cause irritation if you begin to sweat.
Swimsuits are a great option if you plan on going swimming or taking a shower after your sauna session.
Will there be a washroom on site?
Yes! There will is a drop toilet on site.
Will there be a change room to use?
Yes! The sauna has a three-foot change room and the Lotus Belle Tent has a change room tent located inside.
