Founded in 2020, Back2Nature Wellness & Adventures was born from a deep calling to reconnect people with themselves through nature-based wellness experiences. For founder Kyla, time in nature has always felt like coming home — a place where the body softens, the mind quiets, and inner wisdom becomes easier to hear.

At Back2Nature, we believe we are inherently connected to the natural world, and that nature mirrors the rhythms, truths, and intelligence of our inner landscape. Our guided experiences invite you to slow down, tune inward, and reconnect with what truly brings you clarity, calm, and vitality.

We offer outdoor wellness and adventure experiences including guided meditation and movement journeys, Qigong, mindful skin-skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, wood-fired sauna sessions, breathwork, sound baths, nervous system reset retreats, and private wellness experiences. Each offering is thoughtfully designed to support nervous system regulation, stress relief, and deeper self-awareness through intentional time outdoors.
